Lori Hillman is Vice President of Quality, Vehicle Group North America for Eaton, a global power management company.
Lori became vice president in 2018. Prior to this, Lori was Launch Manager for the Vehicle Group business.
Lori joined Eaton in 2011 as a program manager and has held several positions of increasing responsibility and leadership throughout her career. These include APQP Manager for Commercial Truck and Customer Quality Manager for Commercial and Light Vehicle, based in Galesburg, MI.
Lori holds an engineering mechanics degree and a master’s degree in business administration, both from Michigan State University.
Lori has also been involved in inclusion and diversity efforts, serving as the Communications lead for Eaton’s women’s inclusion employee resource group, as well as an executive sponsor for the Galesburg I&D team.
