Coming from the political world, he never saw California as a place he would enjoy, but he was struck by its beauty and the incredible people he met. His most impactful moment? Helping a family whose home was destroyed by wildfires, searching for anything valuable they could salvage.Meanwhile, Carson was no stranger to LA, having gone on a mission trip last spring and even spending an entire summer there.
