Description
Recentemente, viralizou nas redes sociais uma manchete sobre a depressão não estar necessariamente associada a baixos níveis de serotonina no cérebro.
No entanto, as manchetes da mídia trouxeram preocupação para os profissionais de saúde mental, já que podem ser erroneamente interpretadas pela população leiga, e eventualmente levar pacientes a desacreditarem do tratamento e até mesmo pararem com os medicamentos sem indicação ou acompanhamento adequados.
