During an amazing stay at Mandarin Oriental Ritz Madrid I caught up with General Manager Greg Liddell for a long overdue chat about the renovation and re-opening of this classic Madrid hotel. As a part of the city's cultural and social heritage they were very restricted in what they could and could not do in order to keep this majestic building true to its heritage.
