Description

For two decades, women living in a ten-block stretch of Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada, were disappearing without a trace. This week’s episode is part one of a two-part series. It’s a story of tragedy and triumph – and of one man who terrorized the downtown Eastside for almost two decades.

lmao fuk this wasn't a difficult case to solve there was discrimination against First Nations woman who were addicts they were considered not a priority to the cops they didn't give any fuks and was found to be true after an investigation of them. How many had to die before they would look into it? no fuks given and it still happens today!!

"great story telling" by using other podcast's work ? 😒 Really? Listen to "Canadian TrueCrime" by Kristi Lee if you want more facts and less 'full body chills".

living in canada, this story is almost like a classic campfire story. as soon as said quoted him as saying "im the pig man" it immediately clicked. this was probably the first story that got me into true crime as a kid.
