Description
We are into the TOP 15 MLB TEAMS with our "C" Tier MLB Rankings episode. This one is tough as some of these teams have what it takes to be a WS contender... but are just not quite stacked enough to sneak into our top 10. We go through the rosters of each team, identify strengths and weaknesses, and then give our projections.
