MOTHERHOOD CONFESSIONS: The moment I realised it was more than ‘baby blues’
Description
This week is Perinatal Mental Health Week, and we're joined by one of our lovely listeners who tells us her story of experiencing mental health challenges in the perinatal period. This mum thought she was suffering the 'baby blues' - but soon realised it was much more. She tells us about the strain this placed on her marriage, and how she found her way back to hope.
