So instead of addressing the plagiarism issues multiple podcasters and listeners have raised they put up a preview of an episode you have to pay for? Yikes.

Seriously? Only a preview episode?

I've lost all respect for CJ with the blatant plagarism that has come to light and the way they have dealt with it by putting their heads in the sand. Pathetic.

Amy Carroll They straight lifted some of my friend's work. and then called themselves sourcing with "some researchers" or "some articles" . how hard is it to say where you read it?

Why are they covering a story that has already gotten a ton of coverage? So many other missing children stories that need coverage like Vinyette Teague or Randi Layton Evers...

Apple...the Walsh's tragedy may be the reason you are so mindful and protective of your son . I was a young mother at that time Adam was taken and it forever changed the way I shopped with my children. For those who remember there was an innocent time in the world when people were not so depraved.

I remember seeing this made-for-tv movie when I was a little girl and it stuck with me my entire life. I have been searching for that movie 'Adam' since now I have grown up and had my own children and wanted them to see it. I haven't been able to find it so I guess I'm going to have to listen to this podcast. Thank you for it.

I would panic especially if my son was only 6. I never left my son unattended ever at that age. If my son was left somewhere else and I went back to get him, I would never think "oh we must have missed each other"...he was only 6, not 16.

Apple Betty Nothing more wholesome than a little victim shaming. It was 1981. People did a lot of things then that they wouldn't do nowadays. Like not using seatbelts or car seats for instance. Doesn't mean she's a bad mom. 🙄
