Description

Madeline Oldfield is a project manager with experience
across multiple industries, including some of the world’s biggest companies. From wanting to be a lawyer and studying law, Madeline found herself in the male-dominated domain of technology. From here her career has placed her at the forefront of digital technology changes for over two decades.

In this episode Madeline discusses how taking risks and
saying yes to opportunities (even when she’s not ready) has helped her forge a career that’s taken a variety of twists and turns. Her ability to accept and acknowledge the ‘imposter syndrome’ feeling has enabled Madeline to step into the unknown and make leaps of faith that may not have been possible otherwise. With a positivity and energy that is hard to ignore, Madeline talks through what has got her to where she is now.
