Allison has been passionate about nutrition and fitness her whole life having struggled with her weight in her youth. She would cover up with a T-shirt to swim because she didn’t want to expose her body. This also caused major self-confidence problems. Once she got a handle on sound nutrition, she ended up competing in a figure/bodybuilding competition and discovered she loved it. Why? You ask. The result of preparing and performing on stage resulted in an exponential boost in her self-confidence. The “new” mind spilled over in all aspects of her life. Now she loves helping working moms learn what she learned. How to juggle all the things that go on in a working mom’s life, and still reach your goal weight and maintain it.
