Description
You can't stop the rain but you can slow it down. That's the idea behind Indonesia's cloud seeding project, which zips planes in the air when there's a deluge incoming — all to try and redirect storms away from Jakarta, which is already sinking into the ground, and where many live in flimsy dwellings that wash away in monsoons. Some scientists are skeptical. Patrick Winn reports.
