Highly recommended.
I've never written a review on Amazon. But I felt I had to make it clear that this was not just another self-help book. I didn't know what to expect when I started reading, but I didn't expect the most elegant and accurate explanation of how our psychology operates and an unbelievably practical guide on how to take the reins on it. Many people may not be ready for the idea that all your emotions are some combination of anger and / or anxiety. But if you are intrigued, read it. Highly recommended.

To me, these points are so coherent and necessarily true that if you canât apply these principles on your own you need to see a psychologist.
