Christopher Brayton, a 31-year-old Missouri man, is accused of breaking into his ex-girlfriends home and assaulting her. Hes charged with domestic assault for two incidents in October, including one where he climbed into her bed and attacked her. Earlier that day, hed been forced to move out after their breakup. Hes also accused of hiding her phone and preventing her from leaving. In a previous incident in June, he allegedly grabbed her by the hair and punched her. Despite prosecutors request for no bond, Brayton has been released and is awaiting court appearances in January.
