A serial pest is causing distress in Adelaide, following women and teenage girls home. The man, captured on CCTV, has repeatedly targeted Tam and her daughter, even entering her home. Kim in Munno Para faced a similar incident, with the man only backing off when a male intervened. Despite at least nine reports, some women feel their concerns are not being addressed promptly by the police.
