Digest

This podcast episode, hosted by Larry O'Connor, delves into the ongoing political climate, focusing on the demonization of Donald Trump and its potential consequences. O'Connor criticizes Kamala Harris's performance in a candidate forum, highlighting her inability to answer basic questions and her use of stalling tactics. He then connects the Biden administration's rhetoric, which he argues demonizes Trump and creates a dangerous environment, to recent assassination attempts against the former president. The episode also explores the role of the media in perpetuating this demonization, particularly highlighting MSNBC's continued use of inflammatory language about Trump even after assassination attempts. O'Connor argues that this rhetoric is irresponsible and potentially contributes to violence. He further emphasizes the link between rhetoric and action, citing examples of violent threats against Trump and other Republicans. The episode concludes with a tribute to Andrew Breitbart, a prominent figure in conservative media who challenged the traditional media gatekeepers. O'Connor reflects on Breitbart's legacy and how he would have reacted to Trump's presidency, believing that Breitbart would have enjoyed the media's humiliation and Trump's defiance of the establishment. The episode ends with a poignant expression of grief over the loss of Breitbart and Rush Limbaugh, two influential figures in conservative media, and a recognition of their absence in today's political landscape.

Show Notes

On Tuesday’s Mark Levin Show, WMAL radio host Larry O’Connor fills in for Mark. Kamala Harris, the nominee for the Democrat party and a woman who gained zero votes during the primary process, is a media disaster in every interview she does. Harris cannot even answer the simple question of whether Americans are better off now or when Donald Trump was president. Also, we are still sorting through the facts and the fiction of the second assassination attempt on President Trump, whether it’s a lapse in security or not. We hear the constant drumbeat from the Biden Administration and the cultural Marxists that control this country that Trump is an illegitimate president and compare him to Adolf Hitler, and that leads to this kind of hate.
