In this episode we sit and chat with the owner of Advanz therapies and ELAB owner Mark Mitchell. Mark being a physio has had a long and successful career in physical health, however in recent years has taken an approach into the mental aspects of humans through studying psychology. Mark talked all things mental and physical health and the impact he has seen of physical injuries on someones mental health.
