The making of our mind. It's like baking a cake. You put all the ingredients in, mixing it up and then waiting for it to grow in the oven. So is our mind, growing. The ceiling we hit is the moment we take the cake out of the oven. Then, the cake will remain at that level and cool down. Our mind is going thru cycles of heating up and cooling down. Bringing awareness to yourself and choosing awareness is what will empower you to your truthfulness.
