Next up we had Cannon-Arms Tom DeBlass, who shared some thoughts on feeling old and beat up, the training grind, and his transition from being an active competitor to focusing 100% of his energy on coaching and mentoring his students. Lastly, senior IBJJF referee Rico Bastos sat down for a very interesting chat about life as a full time jiu-jitsu competition referee.
