I emailed back and forth the man named Matt. He was telling me about his situation with his ex and where he was at now in a very high conflict court battle most of which circling around their children. His story is heartbreaking at times but has been very strong through the whole process and has very solid boundaries for his children and had to go to extreme measures with his ex narcissist. This episode is a little bit longer but I hope you hear his story and his message and that it can help you on your own journey. Thank you!
