Description

In today’s episode, Adam wants to introduce you to where your food comes from.. or where it should come from!

Adam caught up with Matt Aidley of Hill Farm Real Food to talk about Sustainable Farming Practices being not only good for the environment, but also our health

Matt Aidely  is a lifelong farmer, and runs Hill Farm Real Food in Cheshire, alongside his family.

Natural farming and animal health have always been close to Matt's heart, and have guided his style of farming.

Several years ago he began his journey of understanding human health better, and ever since then has been continually amazed by the connections and reflections between healthy soils, healthy plants, healthy animals, and ultimately healthy people.

The culmination of all this has been to focus on selling all of their farm produce directly to discerning consumers, and everything they do on the farm is geared up to make the highest quality nourishment possible. To this end all their animals are fed natural organic diets and are medication-free.

Their main products are Raw Milk, Kefir, Ghee, as well as Beef, Bone Broth and Tallow. This is sold on their webshop www.hillfarmrealfood.co.uk and they can ship to most locations in the UK.
