Episode 101 of #CoffeesOnMeDavidQuan: Matt Robb has had a multi-decade career in strategy and education. Educated at Cambridge where he graduated with a First in Natural Sciences, he joined McKinsey & Co for 7 years, enjoying accelerated promotion. He left in 2000 to pursue a career in education and authored the Education Strategy for Tony Blair. Following this, he returned to strategy consulting in Education, joining the Parthenon Group and building the largest European Education strategy practice in Europe. When EY acquired Parthenon in 2014, he led the business, building it into the fourth largest strategy practice in Europe. Amongst his client work is strategy on the largest deals in European Education, and work helping universities become financially sustainable.

TL;DR: To process my emotions after a grueling campaign for President of The Cambridge Union, I reflected upon the influences of my late Grandfather and wrote him a letter: www.coffeesonmedavidquan.com. Drawing inspiration from him, I hope to learn more from others through genuine discussions – giving listeners heartfelt conversations filled with authentic insights, and giving guests legacy-worthy interviews to treasure.
