Lee Harris, the mayor of Shelby County, accused the Memphis Safe Task Force of racial profiling and illegal stops. Harris spoke at a press conference on his concerns for the Memphis Hispanic community, but we're all concerned on his embarassing inability to pronounce Spanish words.
