Mayor of Broadview: ‘We know how to police ourselves’

Description
Katrina Thompson, Mayor of Broadview, joins Lisa Dent to discuss the executive order she signed that limits the protests outside of the ICE facility in Broadview. The executive order puts a time restriction on when and where protests can be held, limiting the hours of protesting from 9 am to 6 pm. Mayor Thompson says the restriction is “to protect the health and welfare of our [Broadview] residents.”
