Or maybe just an exhale is needed,


So everything youโ€™ve been holding can reshape.


Sometime you donโ€™t even know how you got here,


Under these dark, dreary skies.


But you looked up one day and noticed,


That the light was gone from your eyes.


Itโ€™s okay, sweet one.


We all find ourselves here at times.


We all have felt the weight pull us down.


Itโ€™s okay, this season will pass,


Your light will return,


I promise, you wonโ€™t drown.
