why is it good? types of this diet and so on
Mediterranean diet is one of the most popular diets these days and honestly, when you look at the basics of this diet it looks healthiest and tastiest of all diets. This book explains basics of mediterranean diet, why is it good? types of this diet and so on. Inside this book contains really nice weekly meal plan with the recipes that can be found later in the book. To summarise, I don't believe in short term diets but more in balancing your food to eat healthy all the time and mediterranean diet is the way to go.

Great recipes
I have come to like Mediterranean diet and have been reading a lot of books on this. This book is awesome and I love the smoothies in this book, they are yummy, made two from the given recipes and they are delicious. The other recipes too are good, though am not tried any from what I have read, they are well written and issue to follow. I will be trying this recipes and I am sure the meals will be delicious just like smoothies. I will recommend the book to Mediterranean diet loves and those who want to give it a trial.

This book taught me almost everything that I need to know about the Mediterranean diet. I have learned its principles and fundamentals and most importantly the ways on how to actually start with this kind of diet. It is very helpful as it provides a list of what and what not to eat as well as sample meal plans.
