Latin America needs more pioneers like Meghan Stevenson-Krausz. Meghan has spent her career as a catalyst of change. She is currently a Director at INCA Ventures, a fintech-focused VC fund based in Lima, Peru.
Before joining INCA and moving to Peru, she spent the five years working in both nonprofit and VC in the San Francisco-Bay Area.
Meghan is the Founder of InclusivX, an affiliate of Diversity VC working to create a more diverse and inclusive VC sector in Latam. She is also a Founding Board Member of WeInvest, the first community for women investing in Latin America. Meghan is passionate about growing the tech ecosystem in Latin America, growing it for all stakeholders including women, people of color and the often overlooked indigenous people’s of the region.
In the tech world Juan Pablo has co-founded Idea.me, Miami Angels, the Lab Miami, Lab Ventures & Wonder (purchased in 2020 by Atari). He also publishes a widely read column on the TecnoLatino https://latamlist.com/author/jpcappello/ and continues advising entrepreneurs in the region from PAGLaw https://www.pag.law
