Melissa has six cookbooks under her belt and a Substack newsletter, Things That Make My Heart Sing By Melissa Hemsley with tens of thousands of subscribers. Over tea and her favourite biscuits, Melissa shares the “comfort ingredient” she puts in everything, reveals the herbal remedy which helped her during a tough post-partum period and explains how her relationship with her mum evolved when Melissa became a parent herself.
