The Vesper, as invented by James Bond in Casino Royale:

3 ounces gin (Gordons)
1 ounce vodka
1/2 ounce dry vermouth (Lillet Blanc)
Garnish: lemon peel

Stir over ice and strain into a martini glass. Stir as long as you would wash your hands of COVID-19. Maybe longer.
