In this episode, I had the pleasure of sitting down with the head video coordinator of the Los Angeles Lakers, Micah Fraction. Micah shares all the stops in his basketball journey from playing high school basketball at Montrose Christian, working under legendary coach Jim Larrañaga at The University of Miami, working in the film room in the G League, and finally breaking into the NBA with one of the best franchises in all of sports, the LA Lakers. 

His journey is just getting started as he works towards his goal of being an NBA head coach. With all of his stops from high school to the NBA, Micah's journey is a perfect example of staying the course and getting 1% Better Daily.
