Michael Burtov is the author of the influential book “The Evergreen Startup” and Instructor & Director at MIT’s Enterprise Forum.
Michael is presently the CEO of GeoOrbital, a company in a sector where he had a complete lack of knowledge. Inspired by a motorcycle in the movie "TRON," he came up with an idea for an electric wheel that could easily be attached to almost any bicycle, he built the first prototype in his kitchen. The crazy idea became a massive success.
Before GeoOrbital Michael had a number of different jobs, was the Founder and CEO of 3 companies (2 failed, 1 thrived) and is very proud of having served over 2 years as a Peace Corps volunteer.
In the tech world Juan Pablo has co-founded Idea.me, Miami Angels, the Lab Miami, Lab Ventures & Wonder (purchased in 2020 by Atari). He also publishes a widely read column on the TecnoLatino https://latamlist.com/author/jpcappello/ and continues advising entrepreneurs in the region from PAGLaw https://www.pag.law
