Microsoft to vote on investing in Bitcoin, US Gov crypto wallet hacked, SOL 'flippening'?

To end a busy week we have some huge stories this morning. Microsoft filed with the SEC, including a vote in December on investing in Bitcoin. The US government appeared to be moving assets from one of their crypto wallets that contained funds seized from the Bitfinex hack, but the movements suggest it is, in fact, a hack. Solana's native token hits a record high against Ethereum's, which — alongside other performance data — resurrects the debate over a "flippening."
