Description

Is mobility gender-neutral?

Spoiler alert: it’s not. When we look at the transport and mobility sector’s workforce, which is only 22% female. Think about it: how many women are on your team? In your department?

As always this conversation is brought to you by : Ligia Boueres, Nastya Koro, Sadie Martin and Galuh Rohmah.

Introducing: Mind the Mobility Gap series.

In this new season, we’ll meet some of the best and brightest of this 22% and hear the female perspective on challenges in the industry and how micro-mobility will change the world for good. We’ll also talk about how to make micro-mobility as great a transport solution for women as we know it is for men.

Our speakers are inspiring women working in mobility - from sharing to sustainability to MaaS, from North America to Europe to East Africa. We’ll pick their brains to learn how they get to their destinations, both on the street and in their careers.
