In this episode, we explore how the natural human tendency to become emotionally attached to our physical items proves to be unhealthy. I give my personal opinion on why humans have such a difficult time parting with their "things" such as; we like to try to create an identity for ourselves using physical items, we like to have other people create a specific type of identity for us based on our things and we need to fill voids within us using physical items. I will discuss the type of relationship I believe humans need to start having with their things as well as how my desire to live a minimalistic lifestyle came to be and how that enhanced my sense of self and it will do the same for you.
