Description

Like ports across North America, the Port Authority of Montreal is working to increase capacity. The new Contrecoeur Container Terminal, being built 40 kilometers downstream from the MPA facilities in Montreal, will host the port’s future growth. Vice President Paul Bird talks about the planning, financing, permitting, and construction of this rare greenfield project.
