Introducing a new bonus segment today! ..."Practice Makes Progress". At least once a month, I'll share one thing I'm working toward in my own personal growth, even (and especially) when I don't have it all figured out. This segment is all about pulling together in the mess, and having conversations about the process, not just the "solution" - because I honestly believe we are stronger together. Anti-racism is definitely one of those things, but just like we talked about in our latest episode (#47) I sincerely believe that the single greatest action that would change the world is being willing to listen to, and have more empathy for, each other's stories.
