Life Lessons on the Greenbelt. Meditation can take many forms. The Eternal and Nature are (in many ways) one and the same. So when I walk on the greenbelt, I find solice and an opportunity to meditate. As I walk, I might be listening to my meditation music or other inspirational material on my iPhone, or memorizing a text, or just breathing and opening my heart and mind to the Joy: These are all ways to strengthen that connection.
So come on a walk with me. See what you think. Perhaps this is something you could add to your “meditation repertoire.” Perhaps you already have.
