Tiffaney Miller Alexander became the youngest and first woman to be a top 10 finalist for the Boeing Florida Space Coast Operations Engineer of the Year Award. She was NASA’s official Mission Assurance Manager, responsible for the last launch of the Space Shuttle mission.
Tiffaney’s dream of working at NASA all started in the 6th grade. Her inspiration and motivation were her faith in God and her mother, who was not only the first person in her family to earn a college degree but who also showed tremendous strength overcoming cancer.
It was amazing to hear Tiffaney share how she embraces every challenge, every obstacle, every even small opportunity, knowing and believing they are actually incredible life experiences if you allow them to be.
