This episode has been a long, long time in the making. Natalia joined the Move it Mama team delivering workouts in around October 2024. You guys have LOVED her - just as we do, and exactly as we knew you would. Natalia brings a warmth and an energy to her workouts like no other, and we are so stoked she's now part of our team.
