Natalie is an absolute wealth of gluten free knowledge! She’s a specialist paediatric dietitian and Head of Dietetics at Great Ormond Street Hospital, her daughter has coeliac disease and she has coeliac disease herself. We covered all aspects of coeliac disease in children, as well as Natalie’s less well-known symptoms. We learnt so much!
