Natilie Williams is an author, speaker, PhD candidate, and the founder of Nat Will, Speak!. Her mission is to empower and inspire college students, young professionals, and millennials across the country to lead with a legacy in mind. As a native of the South Side of Chicago, Natilie has received a bachelor’s degree from Central Michigan University and a master’s degree from Illinois State University, and she did so with no student debt whatsoever. Currently, as the author of a new book, Innerview: Lessons in Leadership, Natilie travels the country to equip students with the leadership tools they need to achieve their wildest dreams.
