On our first newly branded show, we welcome Arena Football League Hall of Fame Head Coach from the San Jose SaberCats, Darren Arbet. Darren shares his experiences on how he began his involvement in the AFL as a player with the Los Angeles Cobra, who played their home games at the L.A. Sports Arena. Then Arbet moved on to share his playing career with the Baltimore/Washington Commando, who their home games at the Capital Center with exception of one game being played at the Baltimore Arena.

With his playing days behind him, Darren now shares his transition from being a player to coaching. His coaching career started in Albany for the Firebirds. After only four years, Arbet was offered a head coaching position with the SaberCats, at which is where he finished his career semi-retired 20 years later.
