Strong Storm Moving Across The Eastern U.S. - A strong storm will continue across the Eastern U.S, before ending later Thursday. Heavy rain and flooding is occurring from saturated areas of the South to the Ohio Valley. A few severe thunderstorms are forecast across the Southeast. Accumulating snow is likely from parts of the Midwest to the Interior Northeast. Behind the storm, dangerously low wind chills are expected.
