Wintry from Northwest to Plains; Fire Weather Threats in South High Plains; Coastal Storm Impacts in Northeast - Wintry weather and below normal temperatures will continue from the Northwest mountains to the North/Central Plains. Gusty winds and very dry conditions will create elevated to critical fire weather threats across the South High Plains. A coastal storm meandering in the Atlantic will gradually spread showers, winds, and coastal impacts across New England.
