I have read somewhere that it’s important to move with purpose and urgency. Josh Graham, the co-founder of EHAB is one of those humans who move with purpose.

He is passionate about making a social and environmental impact. That’s why he created EHAB, a weather risk management tool for the construction industry. He believes that innovation in construction can be a catalyst for improvement across the world. This industry faces a lot of risks due to weather changes: physical risks, project risks, administrative risks, health & safety risks, and many more.

Can you build a purpose-driven start-up? How? What is a net-zero world? How can we get there? How does the construction industry impact climate change? These are all questions Josh answered in the new episode.

Advice from Josh: Ask yourself, is this problem inspiring enough and exciting enough that I would want to work on it for the next 50 years? If the answer is no, then probably don’t put your time into that. If the answer is yes, then it’s a long, hard journey and start to learn and start to really try and understand, okay, what are the ways that this problem is being solved today? What are the new ways that problem could be solved?
