In less than a year, Niël Scholtz's life was turned upside down.
His wife, Anica, was diagnosed with breast cancer while heavily pregnant with their second child, at just 29 years old. They faced difficult decisions: an emergency cesarean, chemotherapy, and a mastectomy. Despite their efforts, the cancer spread to her brain, and Anica passed away a few months later.
