Salt Lake County’s district attorney filed a manslaughter charge in the deadly No Kings protest shooting that killed Afa Ah Loo. They announced that Arturo Gamboa will not be charged, but the peacekeeper who fired and killed Afa Ah Loo will be charged with manslaughter.
