Israel’s extrajudicial killings of two unarmed Palestinians in the occupied West Bank’s Jenin have no justification, Mustafa Barghouti, secretary-general of the Palestinian National Initiative political party, has told Al Jazeera. Footage and witness accounts showed the pair holding their hands up and surrendering to the military before being shot dead. “Israel is not fighting with anybody. They are just conducting attacks on a civilian population,” Barghouti said.
