Nottingham Forest produced an absolutely abysmal performance as they lost 3-0 at home to a West Ham United team who arrived at the City Ground on Sunday in crisis. They were comfortable winner though thanks to goals from Jarrod Bowen, Lucas Paqueta and Callum Wilson.
