Sarah Aspinall was a high flying solicitor with a grip firmly on her career ladder.  She had always kept fit and had danced since she was a young girl at home in Wales.   Then one night, walking through New York she was held up at gunpoint and her life flashed before her eyes. 2 days later another incident in London pushed Sarah to reassess her life's goals and some big changes were made.
