Brenner, MD, to discuss methods for improving the efficiency of ORs for surgeons as outlined in the paper “Improving Operating Room Efficiency in Otolaryngology–Head and Neck Surgery: A Scoping Review” which published in the October 2024 issue of Otolaryngology–Head and Neck Surgery. They discuss the importance of finding ways to save time and cost for operating rooms in order to serve more patients and reduce physician burnout.
